The Truck

Well... this was a great time. I achieved what I set out to do, give back to the community. It turned out to take up a lot more time than I thought. Booking people in and out, making sure the truck is back on time and fixing damage to the truck.

I am taking up the role of managing and trading the emissions or CO2 book of the largest utility company in the world. This will enable me to actively get engaged in doing something for the environment. I used to trade energy and this is a continuation of my career.

I was able to help about 150 users and can lay claim to having helped move in half of the Burlingame residents ;-)

I have sold the truck in my preparations to go back to my home country. I will come visit this special place and plan to keep my house. As for real estate I have 100% confidence in the market, even in the short term. 42% projected population growth over the next 10 years should do the trick.
